Dear Doppler Dave,
Took these pictures this morning before going to work. Saw on 6:00p.m. news a picture of a flocked tree. Wondered who else liked taking pictures of snow covered trees. I measured around my house in five different places this morning and all measured 6in., even in low areas.

Watching your 6:00 p.m. news about the county of Beaver getting 1-2 inches of snow. Thought you would like to know that at that time I took the pictures out front of my house. The one with the rain gauge is attached to the front porch. I measured with a ruler and it measured 2 inches at that time and it is coming down pretty heavy still. Can only see about two blocks to the west of my house.

These pictures are from Margaret Prien Lopez from Balch Springs, TX (SE of Dallas)..Margaret said they got about 12” of snow. She and her husband, Gilbert, are originally from Amarillo, but have lived in the Dallas area for about 25 years.
