Ashley! Amazing view and pics! So THIS is the storm that Umbarger got the West side of. Is this the storm that flattened out and turned into a straightline rainstorm? I hope. I never heard if the tornado went on to other towns and caused any damage. What little we got here was awesome. I had never seen clouds like that before. NOW I know what to look for. We had bright, blue skies in the front yard and knarly, black swirly clouds in the backyard. That was CLOSE enough, for me! One block to the East of the center of town, a neighbor said a funnel was dipping down right on their road...then went back up. I wonder if your picture was that tornado. I got film of some that shows what looks to be a rope, and another a cone...not sure if either was what they saw. Thanks for posting the pics! Awesome...and scary! Sharon
