Hailstorm between Claude & Washburn on Thursday

This is what our car looked like after we got home. We had just picked up the grandkids in Childress to bring them home for the weekend when we got into the storm. As you can see, the right rear side window was beaten completely out. The front windshield was a mess. But the Lord had His hand over the windows on the 2 doors on the passengers' side--right next to the window that was completely broken out. Not a crack, chip or anything at all like that in those windows--which was where the car seat of the 4 year old girl was sitting.

Mt Rainier

Hi Doppler Dave,

This is Mt. Rainier in Washington State. We took this picture near Tacoma,
WA. while on vacation the middle of June, 2008. I lived in Washington for 49
yrs. and this is the most snow cover I remember ever seeing for this time of
year.

Hope you enjoy the picture.

Cloud face

This pic was taken in Pampa last evening. It shows a wall cloud with a face beginning to form. Angle taken between Pampa High School and an area church steeple. Rainfall gives a flowing hair appearance.

weather damage pics

Good afternoon. I am attaching some pictures that I took of some damage from last nights storm. We live on the west side of town in the new development just north of Greyhawk landing. We woke up this morning to find our trampoline across the street and three houses down. Images 1847 & 1848 is what it looks like in front of our neighbors house, the 1849 is taken from their front yard looking back at our house to show how far it "flew" and the last one, 1845, is a pic is of the stakes that were holding it down in our backyard and how far they had been pulled from the ground. It was pretty impressive to see how powerful the wind was to pull it up like that and how lucky we were that it did no damage to our fence. It landed on top of our neighbors house and then blew down during the second storm. Up, up and away! : ) Enjoy!

Clouds before Storm, Childress, Tx

These are pictures that I took of the clouds before the storm, Tornado, whichever it was yesterday, June 15th, 2008 from behind the Childress Hospital Emergency Room. Very Ominous. I was working in the ER, and went outside to check out the clouds, before the storm hit. Thought they might be of interest to you.
