The balloon (not a UFO) was on an easterly and souteasterly course. It was launched from Fort Sumner, NM.
Here, the balloon just crossed I-27, located a few miles East of Plainview, heading ESE:
Just after sunset, the balloon is approaching Guthrie, heading SE. You can see the payload at the bottom of the cable/tether. I heard the payload is about the size of a refrigerator, and the balloon itself about 10 stories tall.
