Old Flood Photo on 6th St. between Adams St. and Bowie St.

This photo is from July 20, 2004 under the railroad bridge on 6th Street between Adams St. and Bowie St. The monster SUV had larger than stock tires and had pretty high ground clearance. It floated to where it is setting in the picture. The man waited for the water to go down and walked away safely.
